In a game the needed an extra session to decide things, Hoosic Valley outscored the Witches 5-2 in overtime to earn the 51-48 road victory over Greenwich

The Witches led 37-33 heading to the final period, but the visitors from Schaghticoke rallied to win the quarter and send things into the overtime session.

Isaac Sanchez scored 15 points to lead the Indians who improve to 6-1 in league play with the “W”.

Bailey Winch scored a game-high 20 points to pace the Witches who fall to 2-5 with the loss.

Hoosick Falls took the short trip into Vermont on Monday, to face Mount Anthony in a boys non-league run.  The Panthers held a 37-31 advantage heading into the final eight minutes, but the host squad used a 17-8 quarter to post the 58-55 come from behind victory over the Falls.

Ryan O’Neil with 22 points, and Matt Anderson with 12 points led the Patriots attack.

Guy Milliman scored 20 points, with Evan McCart and Jon Kempf adding 12 points each for the Panthers (6-0, 7-2).
