Take Away:  The Panthers ran out to a 7-0 lead after three and cruised to the road win behind the three-hitter spun by Jake Sparks.  With the victory the Falls improve to 7-7, 8-8 on the season.

Hitting Stars:  Saints – Aiden Crowther 1-3, 2 RBI’s     

Take Away:  In a pitcher’s duel between Byrne and Skiff the Saints took a 1-0 lead into top of the seventh where they plated four, and Byrne closed the door in the bottom of the frame sealing the road “W” for Spa Catholic.  The freshman allowed just three singles in a dominant performance. setting down 16 Witches on strikes.  The Saints move to 10- 3, 10-3 on the year, while Greenwich slips to 6-5, 6-8.

Take Away:  Tamarac took a 4-0 lead after the first inning of play, highlighted by Lee’s long ball, and Collins and the Bengals “D” did the rest, notching the road win over the Warriors.  With the victory Tamarac remains unbeaten at 9-0, 12-0 on the year.

Take Away:  The Valley built a 4-0 advantage after two frames and held off the Saints with 3-spots in the fourth and sixth innings, to earn the home “W”.  Bochette had a big day for the Schaghticoke squad, picking up the win from the circle to go with three hits and a pair of stolen bases offensively.

Take Away:  Tesoriero and Paige Rogers combine on a one-hitter with Tesoriero picking up her first career win in the first game of the twin bill.

Take Away:  Mechanicville pounded 17 hits with five Raiders enjoying multiple-hit afternoons.  With the doubleheader sweep, the Raiders move to 8-2, 9-4 on the season.

Take Away:  Mechanicville, leading 2-0 after three, took control with a six-run fourth and put the game away in the next frame, scoring 13 times on their way to the one-sided decision over Stillwater.  Pingelski handcuffed the Warriors on three hits over six innings, and the Raider defense was flawless in the field.  Mechanicville’s bats rattled for 13 hits on the day with eight Raiders hitting safely.

Take Away:  In a scoreless game entering the third, Tamarac hung crooked numbers in each of the last five frames, pulling away for the victory in Schaghticoke.  The Bengals offense pounded 11 hits, four of the extra base variety, with seven spots in the lineup producing at least one knock.

Take Away:  Trailing 3-2 entering the sixth, Stillwater pushed across a run to pull even and notched the “W” in the seventh on Coogan’s walk-off RBI single.  The Warriors parlayed four hits, five walks and five stolen bases into just enough run support for Resch who threw seven strong innings in the home victory.

Take Away:  Tamarac scored eight times in the second frame and cruised to the home win over the Panthers.  Collins dominated from the circle allowing just a pair of safeties and the Tamarac defense was error-free afield.  With the win the Bengals remain undefeated on the year at 8-0 11-0.

Take Away:  Leading 2-0 after two, the Saints took control with a six-run third frame, on their way to the comfortable road win at Chapko Park in Valley Falls.  Spa Catholic ripped 15 hits in the contest and moved to 9-3 on the year with the win.
