Mechanicville opened with a five-goal first half and rolled to the road win over Cambridge.

Marissa Krosky with a pair of scores led the Mechanicville attack that included single strikes from Emma Andrews, Madison Daley, Evie Dowd, Maddie Hopeck, Anna Izzo, and Isabella Raucci.

Mechanicville keeper Ava Grimmick combined with the Mechanicville defense for the clean sheet.  

 

Stillwater 0   Greenwich 0

In a Tuesday night match played at Stillwater the defensive units for both teams took center stage, pitching shutouts in the scoreless tie.

Stillwater keepers Miranda Price and Charisma Salecker combined for four saves to keep the Witches off the board, and Greenwich keeper Olivia Rieszel turned back four shots for the Witches.

Hoosick Falls 4.5   Tamarac .5

Hoosick Falls Aiden Fleming fired the low round of 37 leading the Panthers past Tamarac in action at the Hoosick Falls Country Club on Tuesday.

Other scores for Hoosick Falls included Jack Shea 42, Dylan Callahan 42, Brady Mann 45 and Michael Plusch with 45’s, and Devin Gauthier with a score of 49.  

Top scores for Tamarac were Adam Quackenbush 42, Nate Rice 47, Adam Rice 50, Morgan Hayden 51, Owen Glenn 59 and Tommy Kane with a round of 62.  

With the win the Falls improves to 4-2 on the season while the Bengals slip to 0-4 on the year.  

 

Mechanicville 4   Saratoga Catholic 1

Mechanicville’s Matthew Salvadore carded a 42 to claim medalist honors in the visitors win over the Saints in Saratoga.  

Nate Salvador, Connor Dion, Jacob Pickett, and Ben Amato all won their individual matches for Mechanicville.

Mark Mahay earned the Spa Catholic point with a win in flight two.

With the “W” Mechanicville remains unbeaten at 7-0 on the season.
