Take Away:  The #14 seeded Fordians notch the upset over #3 Middleburgh in a game knotted at 3-3 in the sixth when Waterford, on a Derrick Pontore RBI single, edged in front and held on for the victory in Class C action.

Take Away:  Skiff, after allowing a solo home run in the first, shuts the door the rest of the way and Greenwich never trailed in their Class C “W” on Thursday.

Take Away:  Hoosick Falls scored seven times over the final three frames, and King, after allowing a first inning run, hung zeros the rest of the way in the Falls victory in Class C.
