Key Stat:  With the game in the balance, Albany used a 19-14 final frame to seal the win.

Take Away:  In a close game throughout, Albany built a 43-37 lead after three periods and held off the Bengals over the final eight minutes for the nonleague win in the Coaches vs. Cancer Event at UAlbany Broadview Center on Sunday.  Both squads entered the weekend run undefeated with the Falcons remaining perfect at 4-0 while the Bengals move to 3-1 on the young season.
