Matthew Salvadore carded the low round of the match firing a 37 to lead Mechanicville past the Saints of Saratoga Catholic in action at the Mechanicville Golf Course on Monday morning.
Joining Salvadore with match wins for Mechanicville were Koltan Rinaldi, Vinny Tayler and Brody Landy.
Cole Cefalu, with a win in flight two earned the point for Spa Catholic.
With the victory Mechanicville moves to 2-0 on the year, while the Saints mark goes to 1-1 on the young season.
Hoosick Falls 4 Cambridge 1
In a match played at the Hoosick Falls Country Club on Tuesday, Cambridge’s Luke MacDougal claimed medalist honors carding a 1-under round of 33, but the home squad swept the remaining four flights to post the “W”.
Scores for the Falls included Dylan Callahan 37, Ayden DeGraaf 41, Jack Shea, Zach Houghton and Quinn Haynes all with rounds of 43, Spencer Tate and Memphis Hathaway with 47’s and Carter Stratton with a round of 61.
Scores for Cambridge included Connor Genevick 46, Corbin Hall 48, James Beagle and Cody Donisthrope, with 50’s, and Brigid Toleman with a nine-hole score of 52.
Hoosick Falls improves to 2-0 with the victory.

Waterford 4 Stillwater 1
The Fordians Billy Scunziano fired the low round of 41 in Waterford win in a match played at Fairways of Halfmoon.
Other scores for Waterford included Jonny Atwood 42, Landon Pitcher 43, Dylan Day 44, Tanner Machia 46 and Bradley O’Connor with a round of 48.
Top scores for Stillwater included Tye Morris 21, Julian Peluso 43, Daniel DeGrasse 44, Nick Rose 45, and Vincent Festa’s round of 48.
Waterford goes to 2-0 on the season, and Stillwater drops to 0-1 on the year.
