Hannah Coffin scored a pair of goals and Kaylee Smith added a single tally in the Valley’s road win over B/NL on Tuesday.
Coffin got the visitors on the board 10 minutes in taking a Payton Gela throw-in to the back of the net for a 1-0 lead.
With 15 minutes remaining in the half Smith connected off a Coffin find for the 2-0 advantage.
After the break Ashleigh Herrington found Coffin who capped the scoring in the match with her second goal of the afternoon.
Stillwater 1 Greenwich 0
Bridget Coon rang the bell with an unassisted scoring strike in the first half, and the Stillwater defense made it stand, posting the shutout on Tuesday night in Stillwater.
Stillwater keeper Ally Liamero saved two shots and combined with the Stillwater “D” for the clean sheet.
Witches goal tender Oliveah Reiszel turned away seven shots in the loss.
With the win Stillwater remains unbeaten at 7-0 on the year.
Mechanicville 7 Cambridge 1
Mechanicville split the posts for five, first half tallies and cruised from there to the road win over Cambridge on Tuesday.
Gianna Pitts led the scoring barrage with a hat trick, while teammates Kendall Buechner, Gianna Ninia, Calli Christensen and Elle Richardson all added single scoring strikes for the visitors.
Cambridge avoided the shutout when Lexie Pedersen scored on a PK in the second half.
Mechanicville keeper Christina Bornt saved five shots in the win while Cambridge keeper Lexie Pedersen , under siege throughout, turned back eight shots in the match.
Stillwater 4 Greenwich 1
Tye Morris claimed medalist honors with the low round of 37, leading Stillwater past Greenwich in action at the Saratoga Lake Golf Club on Tuesday.
Nick Rose and Vincent Festa won individual matches for Stillwater, while Richie Coon won his match and a point for Greenwich.
Stillwater’s Julian Peluso and Greenwich’s Dylan Brown split the point in flight three as did Stillwater’s Jack Luskin and Greenwich’s Brayden Stutzman in flight five.
With the win Stillwater moves to 5-3 on the year while Greenwich goes to 2-4 with the loss.
Waterford 10 Emma Willard 1
Eight Fordians found the range with scoring strikes in Waterford’s one-sided decision over Emma Willard on Tuesday.
Riley Noto and Mia O’Brien led the Waterford scoring parade with a pair of goals each, while Emily Faniff, Giselle D’Ambro, Rylan Charbonneau, Bayly Beauregard, Sophia Ledtke and Isabella Ramundo all added single tallies for the Fordians.
Isabella Savage and Isabella Ramundo split keeper duties for Waterford with neither recording a save.
