Take Away:  The Witches held a slim 33-30 lead at halftime but exploded for a 31-point third frame to take control.  Greenwich put four players in doubles and connected 10 times from behind the arc in the win.

Key Stat:  The Saints outscored the Valley 51-12 over the middle two frames.

Take Away:  Spa Catholic held the visitors to single numbers in each of the final three quarters, while offensively showed balance with four players in doubles as the Saints move to 3-0 on the year.

Key Stat:  CS used a 30-9 second quarter to take a 42-22 advantage into intermission.

Take Away:  CS built a 20-point cushion by halftime which Stillwater trimmed to 10 by the start of the final period, where the two squads played an even quarter.  CS put four players in doubles while drilling 10 triples in the victory.

Key Stat:  Waterford held a 5-1 advantage in made threes.

Take Away:  The Fordians outscored Chatham 28-14 over the final two periods to notch the home “W”.

Key Stat:  Greenwich outscored the host squad 25-15 in the third period.

Take Away:  In an early season matchup between Class C powers, the Witches, trailing 22-18 at the break used a big third frame to take the lead and held off Stillwater the rest of the way for the road win.

Take Away:  Hoosic Valley built a 32-20 cushion by halftime and continued to pull away in the second half to their second victory in as many outings.

Key Stat:  Mechanicville held the Falls to single scoring numbers in every period.

Take Away:  Mechanicville turned the lights out early on their hosts, jumping out to a 20-2 advantage after eight minutes of play.  Seven Raiders scored six or more points while defensively Mechanicville finished with 17 steals in the game.

Take Away:  The Bengals put four players in doubles and after trailing 11-10 at the quarter break, won each of the next three periods to pull away for the victory in the Coaches vs. Cancer event at FMCC.

Take Away:  Stillwater uses a combined 51 points between Scheller and Wagner and a big fourth quarter to earn the season-opening win on Saturday.

Take Away:  Greenwich wins 71-54 over Unatego on Friday and tops Delaware Academy in the championship game of the Dick Alwine Tip-Off Tournament in Delhi with Kuzmich scoring 38 and 30 on back-to-back nights to lead the Witches.
