Key Stat: The biggest lead at any quarter break for either team was three. 

Take Away:  In a close game throughout, Mechanicville, leading 42-40 entering the final frame extended their lead to nine, midway thru the period and held off the visitors from Cambridge with Staunton sealing the victory with a block at the buzzer.

Hoosic Valley 86   Berlin/New Lebanon 35

Leading Scorers:  Valley – Aiden Wiley 19    Austin Brown 14    Owen Harder 12    Eduardo MIggiano 11 3, 3’s        B/NL – Esposito 8

Key Stat:  Hoosic Valley bottomed 14 triples with eight Valley players ringing the bell from deep.

Take Away:  The Valley hung 20 or more points in every frame and ran away from B/NL, to post the home win.

Greenwich 63   Hoosick Falls 46

Leading Scorers:  Witches – Ethan Mullen 20    Ryan Ingber 16   Mike Cronin 12         Panthers – Ryan Sparks 18    Tate 14

Take Away:  Greenwich puts three players in doubles and notches a well-earned home victory.

Spa Catholic 63   Tamarac 58

Leading Scorers:  Saints – David Redgrave Jr. 19 3, 3’s   Bryce Petersen 13      Jasyn Thompson 8, 8 blocks Bengals – Owen Glenn 19 4, 3’s     Carter Harris 11

Key Stat:  The Saints converted 13 of 18 free throws while Tamarac connected on 8 of 11 from the stripe.

Take Away:  Trailing 33-30 at the break, the Saints outscored Tamarac the rest of the way to post the come-from-behind “W” in Saratoga.

Key Stat:  Hoosic Valley held a 22-7 advantage after the first eight minutes.

Take Away:  The Valley puts three players in doubles and roll to the one-sided decision in Schaghticoke.
