Key Stat:  Stillwater held an 8-3 advantage in made threes.

Take Away:  In a defensive battle between Wasaren powers, Stillwater trailed 30-22 entering the fourth period but outscored the Witches 15-7 over the final eight minutes of regulation sending the game into overtime where visitors prevailed, handing Greenwich their first loss of the season.  Greenwich converted 14 of 19 from the free throw line while Stillwater connected on 7 of 12, but Stillwater owned the advantage from distance drilling eight triples led by Chatt’s five hits from long range.

 

Hoosic Valley 53   Cambridge 45

Leading Scorers:  Valley – Lainey Bochette 21     Kaylee Smith 10         Cambridge – Ashley Moses 25

Key Stat:  Hoosic Valley outscored the Tigers 33-20 after the break.

Take Away:  Down 25-20 at intermission the visitors from Schaghticoke caught and passed Cambridge in the third frame, taking a 35-33 lead into the fourth where they sealed the road “W”.

 

Mechanicville 57   Spa Catholic 47

Key Stat:  Mechanicville outscored the Saints 37-20 over the middle two quarters.

Take Away:  Spa Catholic held an 11-6 lead after the first eight minutes, but Mechanicville went to work over the next two frames building a 43-31 advantage heading into the fourth quarter where the Raiders closed out the road win.
