Key Stat:  The Saints held Waterford scoreless in the first period.

Take Away:  Spa Catholic led wire to wire, putting twelve players in the scoring column in the one-sided decision in Saratoga.

Key Stat:  Greenwich ended the first eight minutes leading 34-2.

Take Away:  Greenwich held the visitors to single numbers in three of the four frames while offensively all 12 Witches scored points in the dominant “W”.

Key Stat:  The Valley outscored Hoosick Falls 30-10 in the third quarter.

Take Away:  The Falls led 35-29 at the break, but the Valley used a big third frame to gain control, on their way to the home win in Schaghticoke.

Key Stat: The biggest lead at any quarter break for either team was three. 

Take Away:  In a close game throughout, Mechanicville, leading 42-40 entering the final frame extended their lead to nine, midway thru the period and held off the visitors from Cambridge with Staunton sealing the victory with a block at the buzzer.

Take Away: The Raiders hung 50 first half points on the board and took a commanding 50-15 advantage into the break, on their way to the one-sided road win over Waterford.

Take Away:  The Witches built a 52-35 lead thru three periods and held off Cambridge over the final eight minutes to earn the home “W”.

Take Away:  Nursing a 35-33 halftime lead, Tamarac pulled away with a big third period, on their way to the win at Clum’s Corners.  The victory was coach Eric Medved’s 200th at the varsity level.
