Congratulations to Greenwich soccer player Charlie Gartner on being named this week’s Wasaren Sportsnet Player of the Week.

On Tuesday Gartner scored a pair of goals and dropped an assist in the Witches 6-0 win over the Mountaineers of Berlin.

Charlie followed that up with a three goal effort in a 9-0 victory over Hoosick Falls on Thursday and wrapped up the week with another hat trick on Saturday leading Greenwich to a 5-2 decision over Greenville.
