Congratulations to Mechanicville’s Jeff Luce on being named this week’s Wasaren Sportsnet Player of the Week.

The Mechanicville soccer team enjoyed a 3-0 week and Luce was a big reason why. In a 5-0 victory over Waterford on Thursday the junior went for a hat trick plus one, scoring four times in the shutout , and in a 4-2 win over Greenwich on Saturday Jeff found the back of the net for a pair of strikes as the Raiders won for the eighth time in nine outings.

Congratulations to Jeff as our newest Wasaren Sportsnet Player of the Week.
