Mechanicville 4  Greenwich 2:  The Raiders stayed hot with a home victory over Greenwich on Saturday.

The visitors got on the board first when Henry Hansen found the back of the net and the 1-0 Greenwich lead.  Later in the half Mechanicville tied things on a Marcus Tobin penalty kick, and three minutes later it was Tobin again giving the Red Raiders a 2-1 advantage heading into the half.

Mechanicville extended that lead midway through the second half when Jeff Luce scored off a Zach Rapacciuolo find, and 10 minutes later Luce doubled down with an unassisted strike giving the Raiders a 4-1 cushion.

Greenwich scored the final goal in the match when Luke Jordan found Hansen for  his second goal of the game in the closing minutes.

With the win the Raiders improve to 8-1 on the year.
