Mechanicville 2  Stillwater 0:  The Raiders used a pair of first half goals to secure the “W” in the annual Indian Cup match with neighboring Stillwater.

Drew Murphy put Mechanicville on the board just 2:30 in, scoring with a header off a Jeff Luce corner.

Midway through the half Marcus Tobin put back a rebound giving the Raiders the 2-0 advantage, all they would need to run their record to a sterling 10-0 in league play.

Tyler Kraszewski and the Mechanicville defense picked up the shutout with Kraszewski saving three shots in the match.

Berlin 2  Cambridge 1:  After a scoreless first half the visitors from Berlin found the back of the net for a pair of scores, just enough to edge the Indians of Cambridge.

Seconds after the break, Ryan Willis found the range from 35 yards out giving Berlin the 1-0 lead and midway through the half a Cambridge miscue led to Berlin’s second score.

With 5:00 left on the clock Patrick Robertson tallied off a PK, but the Indians couldn’t produce the equalizer in the remaining minutes.

Greenwich 2  Saratoga Catholic 0:  Henry Hansen scored in the first half, Al Rymph in the second, and keeper Brenden Rodd saved three shots for the shutout as Greenwich turned back Spa Catholic on Thursday.
