Stillwater 2 Waterford 0: Stillwater used goals from Jake Zdonick and Brody Cepeil to get past Waterford and move to 12-1 on the season.
In the 23rd minute Cepeil found Zdoncick who found the back of the net and the 1-0 Warriors lead.
In the 65th minute Stillwater scored again when Cepeil lofted a shot from 25 yards out that skimmed the crossbar and found the mark.
Stillwater keeper Robbie Varvaro didn’t need to make one save in recording the shutout, while his counterpart Devin Pierre saved 8 shots for Waterford (8-6).
Mechanicville 1 Greenwich 0 OT: It took awhile but one minute into the second overtime period Red Raider Michael Cavotta scored the game winner lifting Mechanicville past the Witches of Greenwich.
Both keepers played well in the match with Greenwich’s Brandan Rodd saving 6 shots, and Raider Tyler Kraszewski turning back 5 shots in the shutout victory.
Hoosick Falls 2 Hoosic Valley 1: Dale Maxon scored a pair of first half goals and that proved just enough for the Panthers as they downed the Indians of Hoosic Valley Wednesday afternoon.
The Valley’s Michael Haynes with a second half strike cut the lead to 2-1 but the Indians could draw no closer.
Isaac Carlo under siege all afternoon saved 16 shots for the Valley.
Cambridge 3 Spa Catholic 1: The Saints Nick Condry found the mark with a first half goal to give Spa Catholic the 1-0 lead at the break.
