We said here yesterday that the Mechanicville Red Raiders would be a tough out the rest of the way and that certainly was the case last night in a home run with Hoosic Valley, but the Indians are, well the Indians, and they prevailed, outscoring the Raiders in the overtime session to claim the 51 48 victory.

The Valley was led by Cami Hren who poured in 23 points and Alecia Clum  with 12.  The Indians drilled nine triples on the night, winning the shootout from long range.

Julia Amedeo and Amanda Kenyon scored 13 points each to pace Mechanicville who converted five times from beyond the arc.

Tamarac 70  Waterford 10:  Emily Erickson with 14 points, and Hannah Kreiger and Renna Poulin with 12 points each led the Bengals in the one-sided “W” over the Fordians.
