Greenwich used a 25-17 fourth to send the game into an extra session and the Witches outscored their hosts 17-10 in the overtime period to complete the come-from-behind- “W”.  Greenwich drilled 16 triples in the contest with Curtis connecting of 10, a major part of his 39 point effort.

 

Cambridge 92  Doane Staurt 35

Cambridge outscored the Thunder Chicken 43-12 over the middle two frames in posting the one-sided decision over Doane Stuart.

 

Girls

Greenwich held Schuylerville to single numbers in the first and second periods, building a 43-10 lead at the break, on their way to an easy non-league win over the Black Horses.

 

Cobleskill 50  Mechanicville 44

Leading Scorers:  Bulldogs – Jessica Meade 17       Eleesia Comino 14       Sabrina Pressley 12        Red Raiders – Charli Goverski 20

The Bulldogs led 24-15 at the half and used that cushion to hang on for the non-league win over the Raiders.  Goverski with 20 points led the Mechanicville attack and reached the 1000 point plateau in the contest.
