Take Away:  Hoosick Falls trailed 6-1 after three frames but used a 5-spot in the fifth to take a one-run lead at 7-6 and scored a pair of insurance runs in the seventh to secure the road “W” over the Raiders.

Take Away:  Maple Hill jumped out to a 3-1 lead after the first inning and were never headed in posting the non-league win in Greenwich.

Take Away:  Cambridge sent the game into bonus softball with a single run in the seventh, before the Valley quickly responded, plating three in the top of the eight to earn the “W”.  


Hoosic Valley 15   Cambridge 5

Take Away:  The Valley scored nine times in the third inning to take control, on their way to the sweep of Cambridge.  


Emma Willard 13   Hoosick Falls 10

WP:  Sam McEntee         LP:  Marissa Landry

Hitting Stars:  Jesters – Sam McEntee 2B     Alice Wang 2B          Panthers – Marissa Landry 1-3, 2 RBI’s    Alexis Pingelski 2B  

Take Away:  Down 9-2 entering the sixth, the Jesters scored eight times and added three more in the seventh to notch the come-from-behind road win over the Falls.   


Stillwater 22   Mechanicville 1

WP:  Eden Resch 5 IP  1 Run  1 Hit  5 Ks          LP:  Jenna Tesoriero 

Hitting Stars:  Warriors – Peyton Morris 2-5, 2B, 4 RBIs      Eden Resch 2-3, 2B, RBI      Lilly Russell 2-3, 2RBIs

Take Away:  The Warriors plated 10 in the second frame and coasted to the one-sided decision over the Raiders.
