Leading Scorers:  Bengals – Joey Poulin 34, 8 3’s             Saints – Justin Duscher 18     Aiden Dunn 11

Key Stat:  The Bengals jumped out to a 22-4 lead after the first eight minutes and were never challenged.

Take Away: Poulin nets 34 and ties the school record for made threes with eight, while playing just 22 minutes in the contest.  Tamarac bottoms 11 triples on the night, puts nine players in the scoring column and moves to 3-0 on the year with the home victory.  

 

Mechanicville 84   Cambridge 41

Leading Scorers:  Red Raiders – Colin Richardson 12     Brayden Bergeron-Waite 12      Joey Devito 10           Cambridge – Isaac Toleman 21  4 3’s

Key Stat:  Mechanicville scored 50 points after the break.

Take Away:  The Raiders showed their offensive prowess building a comfortable 34-17 by halftime and hanging fifty, second half points on the board in cruising to the home “W”.  Twelve players scored for Mechanicville who evened their mark at 1-1 and will play host to the Panthers of Hoosick Falls on Friday. 

 

Greenwich 72   Berlin/New Lebanon 51

Leading Scorers – Witches – Joe Skiff 12     Jacob Ziehm 11     Bradley Brophy 11     Ryan Ingber 10     Robert Barnes 10   Mountaineers – Chris Shorter 27 4’3

Key Stat:  The Witches doubled up the Mountaineers over the middle two frames outscoring their hosts 41-21.

Take Away:  Greenwich won each of the first three periods in pulling away for the road victory.  The Witches impressively put five players in doubles and with the win move to 3-0 on the young season.
