Leading 1-0 at the break, the Valley connected five times after intermission and pulled away to the victory over B/NL on Friday.

Payton Gela and Mia MacMillen found the range for a pair of goals each while Sophia Akin and Anna Gifford added single tallies for the victors.

Five different Valley players added assists with Gela, Grace Reynolds, Annabelle Bruette, Audrey Wiley and Jayden MacMillen all finding teammates for scores.

Kaiden Siciliano scored twice to lead the B/NL attack.

Hoosic Valley keepers Lily Ruepp and Mia MacMillen combined for two saves in the match.

Tamarac 2 Hoosick Falls 0

Abby Ackener with a first half scoring strike and Ava Petersen with a second half tally was all offense the Bengals needed in their shutout “W” in Hoosick Falls on Friday.

Hoosick Falls goaltender Avery McMahon saved 13 shots in the loss.

Stillwater 7 Greenwich 0

Carrying a 1-0 advantage into halftime, Stillwater took control after the break ringing the bell six times and notching the decisive “W” over the Witches.

Brooke Hodgson and Kamryn VanPelt both connected on hat tricks and added an assist each and Kayla Komoroske rounded out the Stillwater scoring with a single strike. Kennedie VanPelt, Finley Bornt and Kallan Baisley all assisted on scores in the match for Stillwater.

Stillwater keeper Addison Thornton saved two shots and combined with the Stillwater defense for the shutout.

Greenwich keeper Molly Andrew played well in the match, turning back 20 shots in defeat.

Cambridge/Salem 4 Corinth 1

Alex Olsen with a pair of goals, and Rowan Ossant and Simon Hickland with single tallies led C/S past Corinth in a nonleague, boys soccer match on Friday. Olsen Hickland and Dawson Honyoust added assists in the match for C/S.

Tristan Lozier connected for the Corinth goal off a Thor Raysor feed.

Cambridge/Salem 6 Hoosick Falls 3

In a match where four individual matches ended all square the match was decided by the combined, lowest three scores where C/S prevailed 130-132.

C/S Connor Genevick and Hoosick Falls Spencer Tate, C/S Stephen Yakube and HF Jack Shea, C/S Sawyer Armstrong and HF Quinn Haynes and C/S Luke Yakubec and HF Memphis Hathaway all finished deadlocked in their one on one matchups.

HF Aidyn DeGraff and C/S James Beagle earned match wins in a wild day a t the Hoosick Falls Country Club.

Hoosick Falls/Tamarac 39 Watervliet 0

HF/Tam quarterbackback Owen Hart ran for a pair of first-half touchdowns staking the Wildcats to a 13-0 lead at the break, after which HF/Tam pulled away for the decisive win over the Cannoneers.

Hart scored on runs of 1 and 12 yards, while the third period saw August Lee and Tyson Squiers add rushing touchdowns and Ryan Sparks and Chase Glover return interceptions for scores.

Lee led the dominant rushing attack for HF/Tam with 134 yards on 13 carries.

The Wildcat defense held Watervliet to just 72 total yards in the game in posting the shutout.
