Key Stat:  The Falls held their hosts to single scoring numbers in each quarter.

Take Away:  The Panthers won every period, slowly pulling away to the road “W”.

 

Emma Willard 69   Waterford 21

Leading Scorers:  Jesters – Emma Shields 26      Audrey Shields 13     Aishan Raji 11     Manyi Li 10      Fordians – Sophia Belonga 9

Key Stat:  The Jesters outscored Waterford 44-8 over the middle two frames.

Take Away:  Emma Willard puts four players in doubles and allowed just 10 points over the final three periods, cruising to the one-sided, home victory.  

 

Mechanicville 52   Emma Willard 43     ( Wednesday )

Leading Scorers:  Red Raiders – Jill Germain 20     Chloe Goverski 17        Jesters – Emma Shields 18

Key Stat:  Mechanicville closed with a 19-8 fourth period.

Take Away:  Trailing 35-33, entering the final eight minutes, Mechanicville responded with their best quarter of the contest to earn the home “W”.

 

Hoosick Falls 70   Berlin/New Lebanon 24

Leading Scorers:  Panthers – Connor Jones 23     Jake Sparks 12       Tucker Thayne 12       Mountaineers – Chris Shorter 8

Key Stat:  Hoosick Falls opened with a 22-4 first period.

Take Away:  The Falls cruised on Senior Night, with nine players scoring points in the win, the 400th of coach Mike Lilac Jr.’s distinguished career.
