Take Away:  Jake Sparks belted two home runs in the first inning, highlighting an 11-run frame and the Falls coasted from there to the win over Cambridge/Salem.  With the victory the Panthers improve to 3-6, 4-6 on the season.

Hitting Stars:  Bengals – Mihaly Blake 3-4        Moira Collins multiple hit game        Bella DeLorenzo multiple hit game       Crusaders – Dansky, Sawitzki, Burns all multiple hit games.

Take Away:  Tamarac plated three in the second frame, building a 4-1 advantage and were never headed in posting the “W” over the Crusaders of Catholic Central.  The Bengals ripped 11 hits and played errorless ball defensively to earn their sixth win in as many outings this year.  

 

Spa Catholic 12   Corinth 11

Hitting Stars:  Saints – Grace Shaefer 2 1B’s, 2 2B’s        Ryann McDonald 2 2B’s        Paige Bujno 2 1B’s              Caroline Bielefeld 2 1B’s         Tomahawks – Teagan Grady 3 1B’s

Take Away:  The Saints notch the narrow, nonleague victory over Corinth in a slugfest.
