Cambridge/Salem 8 Hadley Luzerne 1

C/S built a 4-1 halftime lead and cruised from there to the nonleague win over Hadley Luzerne.

Natalie Wood, Riley Gallagher and Layleigh Chesster all tallied twice for C/S while teammates Mary Langevin and Nora Carroll added single goals in the match. Langevin and Wood added a pair of assists each in the win.

C/S keepers Charlotte Hodgkinson and Olivia Keller combined to save 10 shots in the Cambridge/Salem victory.

Hudson Falls 4 Greenwich 1

Hudson Falls ran out to a 3-0 lead by the break and rode that cushion to the win over Greenwich on Monday.

Brynn Terry and Kendall Glenn led the Tiger attack each connecting on a pair of goals in the match.

Greenwich avoided the shutout when Penelope Talmadge finished an Averi McQueen find early in the second half.

Hoosic Valley 6 Bolton/Warrensburg 1

Six different players rang the bell for the home squad in the Valley’s comfortable “W” over B/W on Monday in Schaghticoke.

Sophia Akin, Nora Luskin, Mia MacMillen, Grace Reynolds, Ava Wiley and Jayden MacMillen all tallied for Hoosic Valley with Wiley, Lily Ruepp and Samantha Gratton all adding assists.

Valley keeper Lily Ruepp saved six shots in the victory.

Mechanicville 8 Cambridge 1

Mechanicville’s Matthew Salvador and Vinny Taylor showed the way with low rounds of 40 in the Raider victory over Cambridge in action at the Mechanicville Golf Club on Monday.

Colton Rinaldi, John Cady and Brody Landy along with Salvadore and Taylor earned match wins for the Raiders.

Connor Genevick notched the C/S point with a match win in flight three.

With the victory Mechanicville moves to 6-2 on the year while Cambridge slips to 1-4-1 with the loss.
