Matthew Salvadore carded the low round of 40, leading the Raiders past the Panthers in golf action at the Mechanicville Golf Club on Thursday.
Joining Salvadore with match wins were teammates Vinnie Taylor, John Cady, AJ Messercola and Dylan Salvadore.
The Falls’ Zach Houghton secured a match win in flight four.
Mechanicville prevailed in team scoring 126-131.
Mechanicville improves to 10-2 on the year with the “W”, while Hoosick Falls goes to 7-6 with the loss.
Cambridge/Salem 5.5 Stillwater 3.5
Stillwater’s Tye Morris led all golfers with a 3-over 38, but C/S earned the match win at the Hoosick Falls Country Club on Thursday afternoon.
C/S’s Stephen Yakubec and Cody Donisthrope notched points with individual match wins, while Stillwater’s Logan Surakam and Julian Peluso joined Morris with match wins for the visitors.
C/S’s James Beagle and Stillwater’s Vincent Festa split the point in flight three finishing all square.
C/S won the team scoring 134-136, securing the three points.
C/S is now 4-6-1 with the win while Stillwater goes to 8-4 on the season.
