Tamarac/Hoosick Falls 15 Hudson 7

T/HF jumped out to a 13-0 lead after one quarter of play, and rode that cushion to the well-earned Class C quarterfinal victory over Hudson on Friday night.

T/HF running back Austin Cavanaugh put the Wildcats on the board early with a 13-yard scoring run and with the point after a 7-0 lead.

Later in the period Owen Hart connected with August Lee on an 18-yard scoring strike giving the Wildcats a 13-0 advantage.

That advantage remained until the fourth frame when Hudson trimmed the deficit to 13-7 on a Cam Clarke TD run, but T/HF closed things out from there, adding Tyler Taber safety late to secure the “W”.

Tamarac/Hoosick Falls advances to a Class C semifinal next weekend and a matchup with Fonda.
