Leading Scorers:  Cambridge – Schuylar Nolan 14      Tristan Crandall 10       Alexis Austin 8, 14 rebounds          Fordians – Rachel McOmber 10

Key Stat:  Cambridge outscored the Fordians 35-13 over the middle two frames.

Take Away:  On senior night in Cambridge their trio of seniors, Nolan, Crandall and Austin, led the way in the win at home over Waterford.

 

Hoosick Falls 59   Spa Catholic 34

Leading Scorers:  Falls – Jaedyn Roberson 22       Tatum Hickey 11         Saints – Grace Shaefer 8

Key Stat:  The Panthers jumped out to a 12-2 lead after the first period.

Take Away:  The Falls won every quarter in notching the comfortable road win.  

 

Emma Willard 59   Stillwater 38  

Leading Scorers:  Jespers – Audrey Shields 16      Aishan Raj 16      Margarette Howland 10          Warriors – Miranda Price 21 3 3’s

Key Stat:  The Jespers led 18-6 after one.

Take Away:  Emma Willard built an early lead, but the two teams played evenly over quarters two and three, before the Jespers close things out with a 17-5 fourth period to earn the home victory.

 

Mechanicville 56   Hoosic Valley 20

Leading Scorers:  Red Raiders – Tanner Eiseman 14      Ali Kenyon 11               Valley – Lainey Bochette 5       Megan Rice 5

Key Stat:  Mechanicville took control with a 22-2 first frame.

Take Away:  The Raiders used the opening quarter cushion to cruise to the road “W” in Schaghticoke.

 

Greenwich 52   Tamarac 36

Leading Scorers:  Witches – Norah Niesz 14       Grace Autiello 14 3 3’s          Bengals – Kayla Beaudoin 10

Key Stat:  Trailing 12-7 after the first, Greenwich outscored Tamarac 31-17 over the next two periods.

Take Away:  In a low scoring affair between the top two squads in the Wasaren, Greenwich, after trailing early, slowly pulled away for the home “W” to remain undefeated on the season.  

 

Boys

Hoosic Valley 56   Mechanicville 46

Leading Scorers:  Valley Tyler Eddy 23 6 3’s        Chris Jones 14       Isaiah Eckler 13           Red Raiders – Fen Egan 11        Tyler Eiseman 11

Key Stat:  The Valley outscored Mechanicville 16-4 in the final period.

Take Away: The visitors from Mechanicville led 42-40 with eight minutes to play, but the Indians rallied with a big fourth quarter to notch the victory in Schaghticoke.

 

Spa Catholic 43   Hoosick Falls 41

Leading Scorers:  Saints – Ronan Rowe 15          Panthers – Jake Sparks 11       Aiden Fleming 10

Key Stat:  The Saints held a 9-5 advantage in made threes.

Take Away:  Trailing 32-31 heading to the fourth Spa Catholic did just enough over the final frame to post the road “W”.
